This explains what Munari collects, why, and what happens to it.
What we collect
Your account. Your email address, and the name you give us. That is all an account needs.
Your work. The briefs you write, the messages you exchange with Munari, the images and logos you upload, the brand details you save, and the designs Munari makes for you.
Technical records. Ordinary server logs, kept to keep the service running and to investigate faults. Munari does not run advertising trackers and does not build a profile of you for advertising.
The credits waitlist. If you ask to hear when credit packs open, we keep the email address you gave until we have told you, or until you ask us to remove it.
Why we hold it
To make your designs, to show you your past work when you come back, to keep your account secure, and to fix things when they break. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who else touches it
Making a design means sending your brief and your uploaded images to companies that run the models and the infrastructure. They act on our instructions and may not use your material for their own purposes. They are:
- OpenAI — the model Munari talks with you through. It reads your brief, your messages, and the images you upload, and it can also draw your design.
- Google — the image models that draw your design, which receive the description of it and any images it is based on.
- WorkOS — sending sign-in codes and handling Google sign-in.
- Cloudflare — storing your uploads and finished designs.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect someone from serious harm.
How long we keep it
Your designs, uploads, and conversations stay until you delete them or until your account is closed. Deleting a design removes the file from storage as well as the record of it. Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.
Your choices
You can delete any design, upload, or brand from inside Munari at any time. To get a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have your account and everything in it removed, write to [email protected] and we will do it.
Children
Munari is not for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, write to us and we will remove it.
Where your information is held
The services above operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we will update this page and the date at the top.
