Munari

Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026

These terms cover your use of Munari. By creating an account or making a design, you agree to them.

Who can use Munari

You need to be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use Munari with the permission of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep the email address on it under your control.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email address, or through Google. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms. You can ask us to close yours at any time by writing to [email protected].

What you bring, and what you make

Anything you upload — logos, photographs, reference images, the words in your brief — stays yours. You give us permission to store it and pass it to the services that make your design, which is the only thing we use it for.

You must have the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload someone else’s work, trademarks, or photographs of people without their agreement.

The designs Munari makes for you are yours to use, including commercially. We do not claim ownership of them. Because designs are made by an image model, we cannot promise yours is unique, and similar briefs may produce similar results for other people.

What you may not make

Do not use Munari to make anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or designed to impersonate a real person or organisation. We may remove content and close accounts over this.

Credits

Making a design spends credits from your balance. Credits are a way of metering use of the service, not money, and they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credits do not expire. If we ever stop offering Munari, we will tell account holders before unused credits become unusable.

The service itself

Munari is offered as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that a design will meet a particular need, or that nothing will go wrong. We may change or withdraw features. Where the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost work, or lost profit arising from your use of Munari.

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be signed away.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Munari after a change means you accept it.
